I wasn’t sure what to do when our pet chinchilla Ramathorn passed away peacefully at home, but it was my wife who found Faithful Companion. We brought him in that morning, and they were able to take care of us straight away. We were given ample time to spend with him before we left, and they were able to bring him home to us the next day. Their staff was professional, compassionate, and helped us tremendously through this difficult time.
