They picked up my Angel the same day she passed. They arrived at my home for pick up at the time we agreed upon and called me right before their arrival. They brought my Angel back to my home the next day at the agreed upon time. The order was perfect, and the pickup and delivery were perfect as well. The people are very professional and caring. This was exactly what I needed at this extremely difficult time.
