I have used faithful companion 4 times now and the service just gets better and better. August 2017 Diamond passed then Dec 2018 Isahbell passed then October 2020 Levi passed and now Chester April 2 2021 passed. I contacted Chester’s regular vet and they said they used someone else for cremation I then contacted another vet Same thing they used someone else . So I returned to the vet that uses faithful companion. Every Time I have had to call Faithful companion everybody has been professional compassionate and accommodating. I spoke to Ean today at 245 he asked what service I wanted for Chester. I gave him my wants and that I wanted Chester home. He made it happen. Chester was back home by 345. The young man that brought Chester to my house was professional and the 1st words out of his mouth was I am sorry for your loss. I will not use another service other than Faithful companion. 5 stars !! Professional compassionate sympathtic understanding is an under statement for Ean and the young man that brought Chester home. I will always use Faithful companion..
