My dog Princess passed away on 3/18/21 and Faithful Companion had her ashes back to me in 24 hours. It was a comfort when she was back home even though it was in a different form. She was never frozen which was also a comfort to me. They sent a beautiful card and the rainbow bridge poem also on a card. They brought me much comfort in a very sad time.

During this unsettled time, we are continuing to operate as we understand that caring for the loss of a pet cannot be delayed. We encourage you to call ahead before coming to one of our locations as operating hours and procedures may change as necessary. We are committed to our pet families’ safety as well as that of our team.
