How do I even begin to say thank you! We lost our Betsy completely unexpectedly April 13th. I first talked to Tom and how in the world he even could make out what I was saying with how upset I was is a miracle. Not only was he patient but so so compassionate and understanding. Ethan came to the house to get Betsy. Again the compassion and patience was out of this world. He did such a beautiful job making sure Betsy was comfortable and letting us take all the time we needed to say goodbye. The very next day Sal came and brought Betsy back home. He explained everything so clear and again the compassion, unbelievable! Betsy’s Urn, the paw print..with her name on the side and the hearts!!…Just beautiful!!!! I know Betsy is in a better place but thanks to Faithful Companion so is her family. Thank you so much!!!!
