A positive in very emotional situation. Sydney left us on Wednesday and Thursday I received a call to schedule the delivery of his ashes. Very courteous, professional, and compassionate from the person scheduling to Nick S., the person that brought Sydney back home. I had left specific instructions and they were followed without fail. Thank you!
