We unfortunately had to put my daughters dog down last week. My husband paid to have services done for him. Two days later I got a phone call from a kind young man letting me know he was bringing Duncan home. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was so kind and calming. He was very empathetic & appeared like he really cared. For being such a traumatizing experience he really made it better. In fact my daughter had a question and he was amazing and answered all her questions with kindness! If you are employing people like Byron in dealing with grieving owners then I will be using your services for our other pets we currently have when their time comes. Thank you for taking care of our Duncan!
