- Nashville, TNEmailed about two weeks prior to the loss of my beloved Labrador to inquire about cost, etc.. I received a very entailed email back from Jason. I knew the time was soon approaching and wanted to be prepared. On February 28, our Charlie boy crossed Rainbow Bridge. It was about 3pm. I opted to have his ashes delivered to my home. My only complaint was he was delivered to our vet. The vet called and offered to deliver him to us. Not a huge deal but would have preferred the home delivery, as planned. Am very pleased with his ash presentation. A beautiful cherry box with a golden latch. We also opted to get Charlie’s paw print made. I love it. I look at his giant print daily. Never really thought about cremation but with his large size, my husband and I did discuss it and decided it would be best. Thanks for making this just a small bit easier to handle.
- Clifton, NJSuch a difficult time losing your beautiful furbaby - Her name was Coco. I cant say enough regarding the compassion Aaron showed during the process. Thank you Aaron. It meant a lot. Hugs
- Charlotte, NCI was referred to Faithful Companion in Charlotte, NC by a local veterinarian office who I had never seen before-Friendship Animal Hospital in Pineville NC. I lucked out so to speak in this extremely difficult and emotional time. Both the veterinary clinic mentioned above who performed the Euthanasia in a lovely setting in their office and Faithful Companion for cremation in Charlotte are to be commended on their sympathy, patience and communication as to the process in a manner which could not be better. I knew my sweet dog was in the right hands. Thank you both...... Sincerely Peter
- Nashville, TNI had to make the heart wrenching decision to euthanize my 15 year old shepherd mix, Gretchen. Not only did they personally deliver her ashes to my home after work hours, but the way her ashes were preserved was so beautifully done. I was touched by the level of care, service, attention to detail and the way my four legged family member's life was honored.
- Cincinnati/Dayton, OHOn September 27, 2019, I unexpectedly lost my sweet boy, Chief. He was under the best care at MedVet Hospital. Once he left this earth to go to heaven, my attention went immediately to the care of his remains & him being brought back home to me as quickly as possible. After speaking with MedVet about my options, I knew Faithful Companion was the only option for my sweet boy. He was treated with respect. That was very important to me. I wanted to know every step of the process. I was so comforted to have gotten my sweet boy back home so quickly to me. When the door bell rang the gentlemen that brought him home truly cared. The compassion and the professionalism was just what I needed in my time of loss. Thank you just doesn’t seem adequate.

- Cincinnati/Dayton, OHI just lost my best friend Missy of almost 17 years. I always dreaded the day and knew it would be one of the hardest days of my life. Faithful Companions has made this process so easy and I cannot thank them enough. The entire staff is extremely compassionate and caring. Thank you for making this process as smooth as possible.
- Nashville, TNWe just had to let our big girl Lexi go and it was one of the saddest days of my life. I cannot thank John enough for making the whole process so smoothly during such a hard time. I have had lots of dogs cremated before but this was the first time I had actually taken a dog to the crematory , usually they were picked up at the vets. I was so impressed by how everything was handled from the moment I walked in John was there waiting and so caring about my loss. The place was imaculant, dog signs on the wall & just a very calming atmosphere. I will definitely be recommending Faithful Companion to others, and fortunately but unfortunately will definitely be using them again for my other dogs. Thank you again so very much John.!
- Cincinnati/Dayton, OHI can't make enough good comments about Faithful Companion and their professionalism/courtesy. Our mixed breed Grace was so sweet and loved everyone. She blessed our family for 14 1/2 years after my son rescued her as a puppy. We will miss her dearly. The vet at Union Pet Clinic (Ky....just south of Cincinnati) told us about Faithful Companion and recommended them highly if we were considering cremation. After some family discussion, we decided to use their service. I noticed in their brochure that, with appointment, I could observe the procedure. Thanks so much to Regina for setting it up. It was really special for me to be there and their associate Jonathon, was so understanding and considerate. Although I didn't expect it, I asked if it was ok for me to take our beloved Grace home with me that evening. He said yes but it would require a little longer wait. Of course, I said that would be no problem. I am so happy that Faithful Companion provides this service and that I could observe the procedure. But, what was so special to me was that I was able to take her home with me that same evening. Thank you so much!!
- Royal Oak, MIThe professionalism and compassion I have come to associate with Faithful Companion made the recent loss of my furry friend Bodhi much less difficult to bear. It is a comfort to know FC is here to help ease the trauma of loss and to honor our pets' memories. Special thanks to Karley Beaton and Erik Strickland for their customary Above-And-Beyond on Bodhi's behalf.
