Dunham was a very beautiful dog. He was a dog that we almost did not get. My wife wanted a second dog I did not. Needless to say happy wife happy life. So we became owners of two dogs. In 2021 of March our first dog had cancer and had to be put to sleep. My wife was also very sick at that time. My wife of 45 years past in December of 2022. From that time on it was Dunham and I. I was devastated by the loss of my wife who I knew right out of high school. It was very hard for me to carry on most of the time I didn’t want to. But Dunham he had other plans he was by my side for all the bad times trying to help me. He would make me take him outside for a walk, so I wouldn’t stay in the house and be alone. Him and I would play fight every night on the couch. And if we weren’t play fighting he was sitting on my lap giving me all of his love by nibbling gently on the top of my hands. He was so lovable he just wanted to be loved. I have owned many of pets, dogs, cats and birds. But none in my lifetime ever showed me as much love and affection as my Dunham. I am forever grateful to my little sassy Dunham. He was the best dog I’ve ever owned and will forever be my G.O.A.T., rest in peace my best friend I will miss you forever. Thank you for helping me during the hardest time of my life. You will not be forgotten, I love you Dunham.
