Our beloved French bulldog, Izzy passed away on a Saturday evening at home. That night and the next morning we tried contacting 2 local places and never received a call back. A friend recommended we call Faithful Companion. They returned our message by phone within 2 minutes. We were able to bring our pet in on Sunday morning. We were talked through the process, not pressured to buy anything we didn’t want and were treated with compassion. My husband chose to pick up the ashes himself and was called immediately the next morning. The urn was beautifully packaged and included some unexpected extras (grief literature, etc). Thank you for taking such good care of our precious dog with dignity.
