My little lady Crackers you were my favorite hello and my hardest goodbye. I will never forget the day I met you; it was literally love at first sight. I knew I needed to adopt you and give you the best life. I will miss our little ritual of your BIG stretches when I come home from work and our constant arguments that I could never win. I miss your tippy taps when its dinner time and the house is way to quite without the echo of your claws walking on the floor. You left me way sooner than I would have liked but it seems they needed you on the other side of the rainbow bridge. Maybe Lyra was feeling lonely and missed her sisters and you answered. You were with me through some of my toughest battles and never failed at putting a smile on my face every day no matter what happened. I know for a fact I didn’t rescue you, you rescued me. This isn’t goodbye just see you later. You tell Lyra I miss her and can’t wait to see you all together again.
